1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using J2TEAM Studio, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

J2TEAM Studio is a web-based platform that enables users to generate AI-powered images and videos using Google's Gemini technology (Nano Banana Pro for images and Veo 3.1 for videos). The service operates on a credit-based system where users purchase credits to generate content.

Important: J2TEAM Studio does NOT provide tools or features designed to create images of specific real celebrities, public figures, or copyrighted fictional characters. Our service focuses on generic creative applications and does not facilitate impersonation or unauthorized use of likeness.

3. Account Requirements

To use J2TEAM Studio, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age
• Create an account using Google OAuth authentication
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Credits & Billing

4.1 Credit System

• J2TEAM Studio operates on a prepaid credit system
• Credits are required to generate images and videos
• Credit costs vary based on resolution and generation type (image vs. video)
• Credits never expire - use them at your own pace
• Credit balance is displayed in your account dashboard

4.2 Credit Pricing

Current credit costs (subject to change with notice):

• Image generation: 20-35 credits (depending on resolution)
• Video generation: 90-470 credits (depending on length and quality)
• Mini-apps (AI Headshot, etc.): 40-65 credits

4.3 Purchasing Credits

• Credits can be purchased through our payment providers (Polar for international, SePay for Vietnam)
• We do NOT store your payment card information
• All payments are processed securely by our payment partners
• Prices are displayed in your local currency

4.4 Refund Policy

All credit purchases are final and non-refundable. This policy exists because:

• Credits never expire - you can use them whenever you want
• Small credit packs are available to try the service first
• Digital credits are delivered instantly upon purchase

Exception: If a generation fails due to a system error, the credits used will be automatically refunded to your account. We do NOT offer refunds for generations you're unsatisfied with or for user error.

4.5 Transaction History

All credit purchases and usage are recorded in your transaction history, accessible from your account dashboard. Records are retained for 2 years for accounting and dispute resolution purposes.

5. AI-Generated Content

5.1 Content Ownership

• You retain ownership of content you generate using J2TEAM Studio
• We do NOT claim ownership of your generated images or videos
• Generated content is NOT stored on our servers (processed in real-time)

5.2 Content Accuracy & Reliability

• AI-generated content may not be factually accurate or realistic
• Generated images and videos are synthetic and should not be presented as authentic
• We are NOT responsible for the accuracy, quality, or suitability of generated content
• All generated images include SynthID watermarks from Google

5.3 Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to use J2TEAM Studio to generate content that:

• Violates any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringes upon intellectual property rights of others
• Contains harmful, abusive, offensive, or illegal material
• Violates privacy rights of others
• Impersonates or creates deepfakes of real people without consent
• Creates misleading content that could be used for fraud or deception
• Generates content depicting minors in inappropriate situations
• Is used for illegal, fraudulent, or malicious purposes

5.4 Deepfake Disclaimer

Important: J2TEAM Studio can generate realistic images that combine uploaded photos with AI-generated elements. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of this technology complies with all applicable laws, including laws related to privacy, defamation, and impersonation. Do NOT use generated content to deceive, defraud, or misrepresent anyone.

6. User Responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for all content you generate using this service
• You must have rights to all images you upload for generation
• You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes
• You will not attempt to circumvent credit costs or manipulate the system
• You will not abuse, harass, or harm other users
• You will not reverse engineer or attempt to extract our AI models

7. Service Availability

• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without prior notice
• We do NOT guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the service
• Scheduled maintenance may cause temporary service disruptions
• We are NOT liable for any losses resulting from service unavailability

8. Limitation of Liability

J2TEAM Studio is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are NOT liable for any damages arising from your use of the service
• This includes direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
• We are NOT responsible for content generated by AI or how you use it
• We are NOT liable for losses due to system errors, data loss, or service interruptions
• Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for credits in the past 12 months

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless J2TEAM Studio and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the service, (b) content you generate, (c) your violation of these terms, or (d) your violation of any rights of another party.

10. Termination

• We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms
• You may delete your account at any time by contacting us
• Upon termination, your unused credits are forfeited (no refunds)
• Sections of these terms that should survive termination (liability, indemnification, governing law) will remain in effect

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Vietnam.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
